Work Abroad Program Applications
Applying for a Working Abroad program is easy. Just download and complete a Working Abroad Program Application, then return it to our office with payment of the $75 Application Fee. You can speed up the processing of your application by using our Online Payment Form.
Once we accept your application, we will send you additional information for the program of your choice. The deadline for the full application is 2 months prior to your desired start date.
Insurance
You will be required to provide your own International Traveler's Accident and Sickness Insurance (included in the cost of some programs) to cover the full length of your stay abroad. The insurance should cover basic accident and sickness, emergency medical evacuations, accidental death and dismemberment, and repatriation of remains. Discounted insurance is available through InterExchange for $50 per month.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a refund of your Program Fee minus a cancellation charge of $250 if you withdraw after receiving confirmation of acceptance. No refund will be issued should you withdraw after placement has been offered. Please see the Participant Agreement form included with your program information packet for details.
