International Summer Jobs Available Now

InterExchange has many options for finding summer work overseas. Summer job seekers from the United States may apply to one of InterExchange Working Abroad's many short-term work abroad or work and travel programs during the summer months. Travelers can choose from summer jobs in 12 countries. Many programs have flexible start dates so you can begin the summer work program when it is convenient for you. Stay anywhere from two weeks to 4 months, depending on the program you choose.

The InterExchange Working Abroad programs also provide additional program benefits to travelers. Through the programs, Working Abroad may arrange job offers, assist participants in finding housing and transportation, help travelers with the visa application process, and offer accident and sickness insurance and in-country support for the full length of the program.

Working Abroad Program Requirements

Applicants must be:

U.S., Canadian, Australian, or European Union citizens at least 18 years of age (Work & Travel Australia, Intern in London, and Au Pair programs are only available to U.S. citizens)

Native English speakers

Able to provide letters of reference, proof of language proficiency, and other supporting documents if required

In good health and covered by accident and sickness insurance (available if needed)

Prepared to pay for transportation to and from the host country, visa processing fees, and all personal expenses while abroad
