Tiger Safari - (Ranthambore, Rajasthan)

Every year over 40,000 people visit Ranthambore’s Tiger Reserve and national park in Southern Rajasthan. The area is home to a vast array of wildlife diversity, a thousand-year-old abandoned fortress, and shining turquoise lakes. Ranthambore has become a favorite destination for wildlife filmmakers looking to capture a natural habitat untainted by human development. The tigers are readily observed during the daylight, hunting or lazing around, often unnoticing of the curious human spectators driving about in jeeps. Centuries ago Ranthambore was chosen as the official hunting groups of the royal Maharajas of Jaipur—and for good reason. Visiting Ranthambore is a rare and exciting journey into one of nature’s most romantic, picturesque environments.
